• Utilize the Module list to generate drawings and allocate work assignments for all team members daily.
• Provide detailed instructions and clarification on assembly drawings as necessary for the team.
• Offer guidance and supervision to ensure the team comprehensively understands assembly processes.
• Conduct thorough quality checks upon the completion of each project to ensure adherence to standards.
• Complete daily Time Sheets, including accurate recording of hours, job numbers, and relevant details.
• Maintain effective communication with the Fabrication and Paint Departments regarding parts required per schedule.
• Verify the correctness of identification Tags before shipping.
• Ensure all team members remain productive and on track with their assigned tasks.
• Enforce safety rules consistently to maintain a secure working environment.
• Document any employee problems or concerns and communicate them to the Assembly Foreman.
• Supervise and instruct assemblers, ensuring they are engaged in their assigned tasks.
• Train new employees and provide instruction on all tasks required for each project.
• Instruct and oversee employees on safety protocols, conducting weekly meetings for safety discussions.
• Regularly check and enforce safety measures during project execution.

• High school diploma or GED
• 3-5 years of on-the-job experience.
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in reading a Tape Measure.
• Familiarity with reading mechanical drawings.
• Basic computer navigation and utilization skills are preferred.
• Knowledge of assembling motors, sprockets, bearings, chains, fasteners, etc.
• High attention to detail and self-motivation skills.
• Work in a team environment and respect all teammates.
